The name Providence has been part of our story from the beginning.
When I founded the company, I wanted its name to represent more than real estate. During a season of reflection and prayer, the word “Providence” became clear to me—a name that speaks to foresight, thoughtful stewardship, and a sense of purpose greater than ourselves.
Those principles continue to shape how we approach our business today: pursuing excellence, acting with integrity, being responsible stewards of the capital entrusted to us, and using our success to create meaningful impact beyond investment returns.
Providence has grown considerably since those early days, but the purpose behind the name has remained unchanged.
